5. Payments

Payments for sessions, workshops, or events must be made in advance unless a specific arrangement has been agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Artara Flow does not store or have access to your card details.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled by the client up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made after this point, missed appointments, or no-shows are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).

If Artara Flow must cancel or reschedule a session or event, a full refund or alternative date will be provided.

7. Professional Boundaries

Artara Flow operates with professional and ethical boundaries to ensure the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of all clients. The service is a supportive creative practice, not a form of regulated psychological therapy. All communication and behaviour must remain respectful and appropriate.

Any inappropriate conduct may result in the immediate termination of services without refund.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for all services offered by Artara Flow, including one-to-one creative therapy sessions, group sessions, community projects, classes, workshops, and international events.

Artara Flow operates internationally but is based in the United Kingdom. All policies follow standard UK consumer guidelines adapted for creative therapy and artistic wellbeing services.

1. One-to-One Creative Therapy Sessions

1.1. Booking & Payment

Sessions must be booked in advance through the website or by email.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise.

1.2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be refunded.

1.3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule once free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before the session.

Reschedules within 24 hours are considered late cancellations and are non-refundable.

1.4. No-Shows

If you do not attend your session and do not notify Artara Flow, no refund will be issued.

1.5. Therapist Cancellations

If Artara Flow must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

• a new session time, or

• a full refund.

2. Group Classes, Community Projects & Workshops

2.1. Booking

Spaces are limited. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

2.2. Cancellations by the Participant

Bookings for group activities are non-refundable, as preparation, supplies, and venue arrangements are made in advance.

If you cannot attend, you may:

• transfer your spot to another participant, or

• request to use the credit toward a future class (subject to availability).

2.3. Cancellations by Artara Flow

If a class or workshop must be cancelled or postponed, you will be offered:

• a full refund, or

• a transfer to a future class.

3. Events, Retreats & Festival Experiences

3.1. Booking

Events, retreats, and festival bookings may involve external partners.

Each event may have its own policy, which will always be communicated in advance.

3.2. Cancellation by the Participant

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.

3.3. Cancellation by Artara Flow

If an event must be cancelled due to low enrolment, venue issues, health or travel restrictions, or any other circumstance:

• A full refund will be issued.

• Artara Flow is not responsible for any additional costs (travel, accommodation, etc.).

4. Digital Products & Online Content

Digital items such as:

• recorded meditations

• downloadable guides

• videos

• online resources

are non-refundable once delivered, as access is granted immediately.

If you experience technical difficulty, Artara Flow will ensure the file or link is re-sent.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, using the same method of payment originally used.
